Ethifarm, based in Poznań (western Poland) has been founded in 2004. The company's ownership structure has not been changed since then and Ethifarm remains to be owned by the three members of its Executive Board.

The milestones in our history can be best described as follows:

• 2008 - launch of the first product on the domestic market , Cyto-Protectin MR (modified-release trimetazidine formulation )
• 2011 - the Wholesale Unit became operational and first direct sales to retailers took place
• 2012 - 3 new products were acquired from Curtis Healthare, all of them already marketed in Poland (please see Products section for details)
• 2013 – a GMP certified plant started its operations ( dry solid forms )
